These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intrvuz Hire Application ("App"), provided by Adzip Technologies Pvt. Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of App

2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Job Openings
The App allows you to view job openings created by recruiters using the Intrvuz platform. These job openings are provided for your information and consideration.

3.2 Application
You may apply for job openings listed on the App. By submitting an application, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Your application will be shared with the respective recruiters for screening and evaluation.

3.3 Screening Process
Recruiters may use the Intrvuz platform to screen and evaluate job applications. The screening process may involve the automated analysis of your resume and qualifications. You acknowledge that the screening process is performed by recruiters, and the results may depend on various factors, including the accuracy and completeness of your application.

3.4 Matchmaking
The App may use algorithms to match your qualifications and skills with job openings. The selection of candidates is automated, and the App's suggestions are based on algorithms. The App's suggestions may not guarantee a job offer.

3.5 AI Interview Bot
The App offers AI Interview Bot Conversation. By utilizing this feature, you acknowledge and agree that the AI Interview Bot Conversations are designed to assist in conducting interview processes through automated conversations. You understand that these conversations may involve the analysis of your responses and interactions during the interview process. By using this feature, candidates consent to the capture and storage of their data collected during the interview process in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You must not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by you. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
